He was very helpful on explaining, things, going over and answering all my questions. I had him do all my soffit work, painted my house also. I then had him do a deck for me. He’s a hard dedicated worker, and does remarkable work! I have more work for him next summer. I would highly recommend him, if you want good quality work done. It depends: You can wallpaper over non-coated wallpaper, but you should never wallpaper over vinyl-coated wallpaper. Whether you skim coat the entire wall or just a portion depends on the extent of the damage. If you only have small sections of gouges, a targeted skim coat will do the trick. However, if the surface feels uneven across larger areas, a full skim coat produces a smoother, more uniform result and helps prevent a patchy-looking paint finish.
