"I have so many good things to say about Jimmy and High Tech Concrete. We had a drainage problem in the backyard for about 5 years since we had bought the house. We had gotten several companies that came out and walked around and gave us a timeframe and quote. High Tech was the first to cut through all the BS and give us amazing quote and get the work done very quickly. This next spring will be the real test but with the rains we have had so far its been pretty good. We recommend Jimmy 110%. He will also be doing out front steps and our parents also used him for work. We trust he professionalism and work ethic which seems to be something harder and harder to find these days. "We moved into a lovely house with many unsuspected problems including a very wet basement back in Nov of 2017. I did much research to find the best outfit to fix the problem. Ct Basement was not the cheapest. In fact, they were the most expensive by far. But, they were also the yardstick every other company compared themselves to. The job cost us 19,300. And we had to wait weeks for the work to start. BUT, everything went perfectly. As soon as the old debris was removed, I was shocked to find that the garbage of the old walls and flooring they removed had black mold under it. And, with its removal, my wife’s athsma cleared up and left town! They did a beautiful job, were very polite and the new installed basement, new sump pump with back up battery, perimeter trench, flooring, etc., all is great. They put a lot of work and material in to do this job with very skilled workmen who worked very hard. Sometimes you get what you pay for."

Mickey helped with demo as I decided to remodel the basement as well, then he waterproofed my entire basement. Finally, he leveled out my basement floor. "Fredy's group has done an excellent job to "water proof" the porch wall. This job was very complicated; they must remove the blue stones on the porch so they could go down to" water proof" the wall from outside first, then they put back the blue stones and sealed the porch with water seal material. After that, they did the water proofing the inside of the wall to assure no more leakage from the porch to the house. It was raining hard for a couple times but the wall is still completely dried, thanks for the wonderful job done by Fredy's contracting,inc. I greatly recommend this company to everybody."
