I'd just switched to an all electric HVAC system weeks before, and none of it was connected to the small electrical panel that my gas generator could power. "We were a bit hesitant to hire new roofers as 2 other local companies have really been horrible to work with but we were pleasantly surprised by WNY Home Pros. Ron went over his quote with us in detail to make sure we got the correct info and pricing for everything, and even called his distributors while with us to make sure to get us an accurate quote. We have an older house and 3 layers of shingles so the tear-off and clean up was a big part of the job. The crew was great, very friendly (we bought them some pizza for lunch and they were more than grateful for it) everyone said thank you and went out of their way to be friendly with us and the neighborhood. Our house is very close to the neighbors and they made sure to not damage the neighbors property at all. They did great with the clean up and took extra time to make sure there was nothing left in the yard & powerwashed the sidewalk before leaving."
