Although a little slow getting back to me with a price, the quote was very reasonable and I got my vacuum back as good as new in about a week.

Perfect. They picked it up. Diagnosed the issue right away (like - the same day!) and I had it back in 2-3 days. It cost significantly less than buying a new vacuum cleaner.

I went to 5 places and I chose Brook because I have used them before, for one. I was very unhappy with the customer service at the other places. At Brooks they took the time to listen and show me what they had. I was clueless about vaccum's so he really helped me out. He showed me which one I showed try and he told me I could bring it back if I didn't like it. I couldn't carry the vaccum home so told me he'd just drop it by my home after the store closed. He also gave me a nice deal and threw a few other things in, too. I thought the price was right in line with the competitor's.
