+ -1 moreCLERK TOOK SERVICE CALL AND INFORMED US THAT THE MECHANIC WOULD BE THERE WITHIN THE HOUR. THE MECHANIC ARRIVED PROMTLY AND SET TO WORK. HE REPAIRED THE DOOR AND SUGGESTED THAT THE ELEVATOR GET AND ENTIRE OVERHAUL.
Description of Work: CALLED FOR SERVICE BECAUSE THE ELEVATOR WAS STICKING AND SCRATCHING ALONG THE SIDES OF THE DOORS. TECH FOUND THE ELEVATOR DOORS OFF TRACK AND THE HATCH OPEN.
