Milt is a customer oriented professional. He did an outstanding job in walking me through decision analysis on whether to repair, replace in kind or replace with a tankless water heater. We decided to go with tankless with a pay back period analysis and competitively choose between Lowe’s and Home Depot. He carried out the procurement and installation of the new tankless water heater with high quality. Thanks for job well done.
