It was good.

Work went very smoothly and professionally.

Found out wall mount kit I borrowed from my friend was not a good match so servicer went to nearby Home Depot to buy appropriate wall mount kit w money I provided so that the job could be completed.

The price was expensive, I think. I didn't get a chance to go over it or compare it, but it is what it is. I let that go. They came to do something and they did something else, so I wasn't able to compare it. The quality was good. They had to come back because they needed a tool to cut something. It took a couple of days, within a week. They were definitely professional.

It went so well I had JCDA come back for additional services. Both times, they were on time, efficient, neat and courteous. I would not hesitate to hire JCDA again

The electrician explained what went wrong and fixed the problem. He also explain that I will need to use a dimmer that is compatible with led bulbs. He even took his boots off when he saw that I had light area rugs through out my home.

I thought they would be doing electrical work but they only did a diagnostic inspection.

Everything was done that needed to be done in one day, so I am pretty happy with that.

Well, as expected, since this is the second time that I have engaged JCDA. Joe is professional and personable. And as before, he did a great job. Moreover, Joe was pleasantly responsive to my request for a subsequent adjustment of one of the outdoor lights. I plan to continue use to JCDA for any future electrical work.

Joe, is MY electrician. I have an older home. Joe gave it an inspection above what I originally asked him to do. This guy is a professional. It was obvious he takes he takes great pride in his work. I've have deal with many trades people in my life. I have dealt with the drama, the excuses, and just plain awful work. Joe is knowedgeable and capable.

A friend recommended them. The guy Joe I spoke with called me right back and was very helpful and friendly on the phone. He came a couple days later to fix the problem. He worked quickly and cleaned up the mess that was made. Gave me a fair price. I'm going to have him back to hang a ceiling fan in my bedroom next week! =)
