"Brian answered my call for help within minutes and was at my home within 3 hours, just as he said. The problem involved 2 doves getting into my house through a broken bathroom vent. He set it up so the doves could exit my house but not re-enter. The next morning he came out and installed the permanent fix after making sure I no longer heard the birds. I am very happy with his service and highly recommend this company."

"It is still in progress, but so far things are going well. Very good communication and good customer service."

"RodentX was hands down the best pest control company I have ever hired! Dikeedrin was very professional and impressive! Highly recommended!!"

"Originally found Wildlife Management for help with squirrels. After inspection of our home, found more of a major problem with the wildlife. Our home has 2 separate attics, and they were able to help us out with the cost of cleaning everything up. They were able to help us get the animals out, all cleaned up, and fixed under our homeowners insurance. It has now been over 9 months, and everything has been great with the work, and no new noises in the attic areas. On a side note, they did find issues with the wiring in the attic that we has to have an electrician fix, but Wildlife Management was able to work around the electrician working in a cleaned out space before they put the new insulation in. Great people to work with. Last, this home is a "covid buy" home, and we had to wave not having a home inspection to be able to buy it. Anyone buying a home with out an inspection, is Buyer Beware! Our neighbors had a similar situation, and they highly recommend also!"

"The Rodent Remediation Service consisted of the following activities: 1) Attic (or Crawl Space) Remediation Service; 2) Basement Remediation Service; 3) Exclusion (Pest Proofing); 4) Ridge-Guard Installation; 5) Mice Trapping The Rodent Remediation Service was conducted in three phases, by three different teams, 7 different technicians: 1) Estimation - Team A (3 estimators); 2) Remediation - Team B (2 technicians); 3) Remediation - Team C (2 technicians). OVERALL: In carrying out the Remediation Service RodentX teams (collectively) exhibited the following qualities: workmanship, perseverance, communication, and commitment. Each of the three RodentX teams (A, B &C) performed their specific tasks in workmanship fashion. Team B deserves special kudos for perseverance (i.e., arriving at my home despite having to drive through “whiteout conditions” at 10 MPH). Team C deserves special commendation for flexibility (i.e., filling in, at the last minute, for Team B whose members unexpectedly became ill); and for commitment (for promising to replace, during a future visit, the insulation in the basement that Team B had removed, but had intended to replace the following day). Considering that there was not obvious project manager charged with overall responsibility for managing this project, I want to commend all three teams (A, B & C) for communication excellence (i.e., keeping me posted regarding changes in arrival time, replacement teams, etc.). However, if I were granted one wish as a customer, I would wish that one overall project manager would give the customer a walkthrough at the end of the project to demonstrate that every task in the contract has been performed to the customer’s satisfaction."

"The work was done in a timely manner and when the job was completed the work area was completely clean."
