"Brad was amazing! Prompt, polite, knowledgeable. He even ran to Ace for us when we didn’t have the correct bolts because he knew what we needed. I highly recommend and will use him again! Though he has some tattoos, he says he was “Young and Dumb” (like most of us were at some point!), and he has turned things around. Just bought a house, manager at a local glass shop, etc. I was impressed with him. "
