Precise and friendly

John was an extremely polite, prompt and helpful person to do business with. At the time of our inspection we were out of state but he was more than happy to reach out to our realtor so someone could be there to ask questions and follow through with his inspection. He was sure to give us insight on all that was wrong and even the things that were not wrong to reassure our confidence in the purchase of our home. His report came within the timeframe he d given us and was very thorough (it also included home care tips which as a nice touch). After reading many reviews and speaking with John it was clear he was the right person for the job and even came in at a price point lower than his competitors! PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE, ON TIME, THOROUGH

If you hire this company you have to supervise the inspector to make sure that he actually checks everything out. He missed the fact that the garbage disposal was not connected properly, causing the cabinet underneath to be flooded. The kitchen faucet sprayer does not work. He also did not check if the bathtubs drain properly. We had a major flood in the hallway after taking the first bath in our new home. Our brand new carpets were covered in sewage and we had to have them professionally cleaned because he completely missed an uncapped drain in the laundry room. We hired him to find things that needed repair so the seller would take care of them. Instead, we ended up with a $600 plumber bill and $250 to have our carpets cleaned during our first week in the home. This really hurt us after going through an expensive move! We are extremely disappointed in this company. Total waste of money.

He knows his profession well. Was very nice and communicated well. He went under my mobile home and found why my unit was starting to sag. Neighbors properties were all draining into mine. This was money well spent and he will give you pictures of all your issues. 2 thumbs up.
