John was EXTREMELY thorough and professional. He helped us to understand exactly what we were looking at so that we could make an informed decision about the condition of the house inorder for us to know what we needed to do to either fix the issue(s) or walk away from future problems.

They did an extremely thorough home inspection for us and gave us a very detailed report. He took the time to explain certain things around our home such as regular maintenance items. Overall great value.

I called several inspectors and finally found one that would do our home inspection within a day. John came out, he was so friendly and professional. He made sure we understood each area of his inspection. Even our real estate agent learned alot from him. He is so knowledgeable and his report was so easy to read. He took the time to explain items that needed repair and items that were in good shape. And he is a Veteran..... HE IS THE BEST IN LAS VEGAS.

I went on Homeadvisor last week and Shamrock Home Inspection came up. I looked up to see if he had a business license and he does. I looked up to see the Better Business Bureau and he had no complaints. I called him and did kind of a little interview with him. John Koen went beyond the expectations of my future home inspection. He checked everything and explained why and what to look for. My realtor said he will use him for future home buyers. I highly recommend him and very professional.
