Kevin O'Connor arrived ahead of schedule and opened up the electrical panel. Told me right off that the other electrician was completely wrong and the bus bar did not need replacement. He fixed what turned out to be a minor problem in the box and installed a new breaker to get my A/C working. He saved me a lot of aggravation if I had gone with the first electrician. I would hire Kevin again in a heartbeat. In fact, I'm going to because I need a fixture hung.

Kevin spent a good amount of time explaining the project, what it would entail, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. He finished the project quicker than estimated. Very reasonable price. Kevin was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely hire him again.

Kevin O'Connor immediately answered my call (which came right before Christmas), arranged a time to come by and showed up as scheduled. He stayed until the problem was resolved. He was professional and responsible. I felt comfortable with him being in my home. I also felt he undercharged me for the time he spent at my home. When was the last time you could say that about a contractor??? O'Connor Electric will remain in my phone contacts and I will call him again.

Kevin O'Conner was very efficient! he called me ahead of time before he came by and did an excellent job he was very polite. He made sure I was aware of what he was doing step by step and he even mounted the backing of the mirror which I was totally not expecting so all I have to do is attach the mirror. I definitely recommend O'Conner electric!

Mr. O'Connor is one of the best service providers we have had the pleasure to work with! He obviously "knows his stuff"....recommended a long-term replacement as opposed to a short-term fix and we could not be happier with the end result. Amazingly, he even went the extra mile (literally and figuratively) to obtain the fixture we needed to complete the job.
