I called Kevin because of my theft of my main circuit breaker. He came over within the half hour. He left to purchase the replacement breaker. He came back and fixed the problem within the hour. He was very professional and prompt.

The project was completed within 24 hours of the contractor's estimate. He was courteous and pleasant to work with. His expertise and professional integrity are simply beyond question. He went to work immediately on arrival, but was somewhat tardy for which he apologized. The job was done neatly, methodically, and within the time frame estimated. He applied discounts, and his final charge was less than his estimate. We would use his services again and recommend him to others for electrical work.

He had suggested that I buy a new controller for the fan so that he would have everything needed to repair it in one trip. When I took the old controller to the fan company, they were able to verify that it was bad. Since that was the issue and not the wiring, I replaced it myself and canceled his visit; however, based on my experience with O'Conner Electric over the phone, I would use them if another issue should arise.

To start off with, Kevin arrived at the time promised at 8:00 a.m. and was courteous to my wife and I. He confirmed what was required in installing a new ceiling fan, removing and replacing another ceiling fan as well as removing and replacing a light fixture in my bathroom. He promptly starting assembling the fixtures and proceeded with the installation of the fixtures. He also installed a remote on a ceiling fan in another room. He provided insight on the direction and position the light globes would cast the best lighting. After the installation of the fixtures, I mentioned another problem I was having with my wall outlets. He immediately ask which ones wasn't working and tested the outlet. We then went to the outside circuit breakers and he discovered a tripped breaker while troubleshooting. He reset the breaker and the plugs was operational. We also discovered that the breakers was mislabeled and the label was updated after the outlets was operational. Kevin did an excellent job cleaning up the work area after his work was done. I would recommend Kevin to anyone needing reliable and professional electrical services.

His work is very good & he's reasonable. He's also easy to reach if you need him. I like him & we're going to continue to use him when we need him.

I called on a Saturday morning, and Kevin got back to me in a few hours. I described the work we needed done (light fixture did not work after rebulbing and checking breaker box). He asked a few questions about the fixture and quoted me a price over the phone. He said it sounded like we just needed a new ballast (what we had thought, too). He said he had some time at the end of his day and could swing by to in the afternoon to do it. He was in and out in about 15 minutes. Pretty awesome to have work done same day on a Saturday! We will call Kevin again for some additional electrical work we want done in the house.

He was on time, did it in a few and all was set to go. several people have come to try to fix it before and I paid a lot but they were not able to get the job done. Still had to pay them for coming out to ty to fix it.

He did more than he needed to do. He was early coming, he left to go get his supplies. He was fast when he came back, he was done in like an hour with all the work that he did. He was very patient with all my stupid questions.

He arrived at the time he said he would be there and the job was completed within an hour. The price was fair and I will use this company again in the future.

Mr. O'Conner telephoned this morning to confirm the appointment time. He was very accommodating and professional from the moment he arrived. He assessed the situation and immediately went to work. All the wiring and insulation was checked thoroughly, and he removed the old fixture and replaced it with one I had picked up prior to his arrival. His price was quite reasonable! Overall, I would definitely call upon him for any future electrical repairs. He put me at ease from the beginning and wasted no time in resolving the issue with the porch light. I'm a happy camper!

I called in the morning; he was here by late afternoon the same day. He showed me exactly what was wrong, pointed out the melted wires, replaced the 50 amp breaker, retested everything and told me exactly what he had done. He was very professional, very friendly, very punctual, and took the time to explain what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. It is often difficult to find a reliable service provider who will work on small residential jobs. I was very, very pleased with the service and would highly recommend him.

During the service call he explained the reason the outlet melted and showed me the wires impacted by the meltdown. All impacted items were replaced and he tested all outlets before leaving.

We had an electrical problem on Saturday morning of course, I called Kevin O'Connor and he arranged to come on Sunday morning, at no extra charge. He was very professional, located our problem (which wasn't as easy as we had thought it would be) and fixed it. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and we have asked him to come back and do another electrical repair for us in about a week. Once again, it pays to use Angie's List because we are always happy with the results!

I called Mr. O'Connor approximately 10 a.m., he arrived before noon. We discussed the problem at the site while he took me through the procedures needed to amend said problem. He was very thorough. He finished the job within an hour and a half, keeping me informed as to what was going on the entire time. He was efficient and very professional. Also very friendly! He made suggestions as to preventative measures for the future. I will have him return and do a larger job very soon. Highly recommended, an A+.

We needed the work done quickly for a fire inspection and Kevin was here in a very short time. He kept the job simple and straightforward and did the work professionally and without any hassel. We'll certainly use O'Connor Electric again & highly recommend them.

Kevin responded pomptly to request for estimate. Came out and did survey of area and requirements. Responded in a timely manner with full estimate. I was impressed with his professional demeanor and comprehension of my needs. His ideas were fully explained.All of my questions were clearly answered. We contacted O'Connor Electric via Angie's List using the email option on the weekend. Within an hour, we received a call from Kevin O'Connor inquiring about the problem and upon hearing it was a GFI, he walked us through some problem solving techniques. After discussion, it was decided that likely the GFI needed to be replaced. An appointment was made for Monday at 11am to come to the house. Kevin called 15 mins before the appt time to let us know he would be arriving at 11am, and he did arrive on time (wow, we were impressed, rarely does that happen). Kevin arrived on time, with the parts needed and efficiently installed the replacement GFI. This is service that is from bygone years, which we miss, but found with Kevin O'Connor. We would highly recommend his services and should the need arise, we would not hesitate to use his services again.

Kevin O' Connor was very punctual and arrived at the time that we had previously discussed. Installation: I had enlisted Kevin's services to install three ceiling fans that I had obtained from a friend. Kevin installed all three fans efficiently and effectively. While installing the fans Kevin gave me tips on how to use the fans, as well as a couple of other tips around the house. After he was done installing the fans, I must say I was very pleased with the results. Payment The total bill was a pleasant surprise to me as it was about $70 less, than what I had been quoted on via email. When I had initiated conversation with Kevin regarding the installation of my fans, my initial estimate was $210. When Kevin was done and gave me the invoice, the price ended up being $135! Recommendation: I would give O'Connor Electric a high recommendation. Kevin is very knowledgeable and also very helpful. He was very respectful for the duration of the installation. If you are looking for anything done around the house that has any kind of electrical component, I would highly recommend Kevin O'Connor and O'Connor Electric.

Was pleased with everything, however the fans had a little bit of wobble that they attributed to the type of fan I purchased and in order to ensure zero wobble, I would need to rebalance fan.
