I contacted him and he came out the same day. The technician was great, he came and hanged the ceiling fan and he was done. It took him probably 45 minutes. The price was not bad.

Kevin arrived promptly, removed the old sensor and replaced it with a new one. He verified proper operation.

I had an issue where three outlets and one ceiling lamp were not working. I reset the breaker to no avail. Home warranty sent out another company. They advised that there was a power line break that had to be accessed through the wall. I called Kevin for second opinion. He diagnosed and fixed problem within an hour. As a recent new home owner, Kevin is now my go-to guy for my electrical issues!!!

Kevin came the same day as I called. He arrived promptly and we discussed my concerns. He went into the attic space and checked out the electrical wires. All was ok and I was relieved. He also fixed the outlet that was not working. I was very impressed with Kevin and his service. He was very professional, and explained exactly what he was going to do and the results. I would not hesitate to call him again if the need arises.

I called at about 8:15 am and explained the issue. He said he could come in the afternoon because he had another job in the area. He phoned ahead and said he would be here at about 1pm. He was prompt and agreed that the GFI needed replacing. Took him less than an hour and everything is up and running again. I was visiting Henderson, Nevada from Utah and found him with very positive recommendations on Angie's List.

Called Kevin the afternoon of Monday, October 27th and explained that one of the electrical outlets in our kitchen was not working. He stated he could help with that and could come by around 11:00 am the next day. He arrived on time after calling ahead and giving 20 minutes notice. He quickly diagnosed the defective outlet commenting that it was rare but he was able to replace it with a new one all within 1/2 hour. I was impressed that he took the time to explain what he was doing and how things were supposed to work. He advised me that I had the older type of GFIs installed but when I asked if I should consider replacing them with the newer model he stated "No" that it wasn't really necessary. I appreciate this type of honesty and I would definitely recommend him to others and will use him again should the need arise.

I highly recommend Kevin O'Conner. I called him with a breaker/GFI issue one evening and he responded promptly the next morning. He was very professional when talking to him on the phone and was able to accommodate my tenant's schedule. He was on time for the appointment and was able to quickly repair the problem. Price was exactly as we discussed over the phone. I always ask my tenants for feedback about the service they recieve from various contractors I use. My tenant said that he was very nice and easy to work with.

It went great! It has worked ever since, the breaker had not tripped until the last big storm. We want to have the provider out again.

I contacted Mr. O'Connor from O'Connor Electric and I'm glad I did. I explained that I needed a new outlet that could service my commercial treadmill and within an hour he was over at my house getting the job done. Just so you know, this was on a Saturday. I called other electricians prior to Mr. O'Connor and got no answer and or wasn't available on Saturdays. Mr. O'Connor is top notch at what he does. He is the owner and does all the work. Talk about professionalism and great service. I will definitely be using him as my "go-to" electrician. Don't hesitate to hire this man!

Kevin came out on Tuesday to see what we needed done and give us a quote. We then went out to buy the lights we wanted installed and he came back today (2 days later) to do the work. He always called me back and was very punctual. We had bought the wrong light for our backyard so he had to go to the store to buy a light that would work. We felt the price was very reasonable and appreciated Kevin's professionalism and honesty.

Kevin was very efficient and thorough in his work. He knew right away what was going on with our outlet in the garage, and checked to make sure everything the garage outlet was connected to was also in working order. He installed an outlet outside as well, and went through with us, step by step, of what he had done. Other than being very thorough in his work, he was very professional and personable. My husband and I would recommend him to anyone, and we will be using him again for any future electrical needs.

I called O' Connor Electric on Tuesday and Kevin returned my call later and could come on Wednesday at 1 pm. Kevin came and I explained my problem. I had a plug in on the patio that suddenly lost power. As a results, I had power outage in several places. I had someone else come on Tuesday and he checked the circuit breakers, plug in and light switch. He could not find the problem. Kevin looked at the circuit breakers and found one that was not fully push to on. It did not trip off to the middle and had no power. It looked like it was on. As soon as he snapped it fully in, problem solved. Kevin solved my problem with his years of experience. I will recommend O' Connor Electric to my friends and any future electric problems, I will contact them.

searched connector box for landscape and pool lighting non-function. Found the defect right away. Search and correction took less than half-hour. Friendly, yet attentive to the job.

On time with great communication. Methodically and systematically went through the electrical problem until he found the answer and solution. I would highly recommend him. The cost was reasonable. I will certainly call him if I have another electrical problem

Kevin had to return 7/21/2014 because one of the new GFCI's was frequently tripping. It had to be replaced. I'm not sure how old or what the quality of the replacements were that he used end of May, but that seems pretty fast for one to start tripping. The originals were in the house for 9.5 years. So I question the quality of his work and certainly the exorbitant price for what he had to do. As important to me is he doesn't have any regard for his client's time. He makes an appointment but then wants to change it on that day for his convenience with no regard for the client's time. I put up with this on 5/29; but on 7/21, I was having a computer networking problem and on the phone with a technician. When I made the appointment, I was specific with Kevin that this was a very busy week for me and said only between 3 and 4 pm. A few hours before the designated time, while I was on with the technician, I picked up call waiting and it was Kevin. I told him to call me back because I was tied up with a computer technician. So instead of doing that, Kevin showed up at my front door to do the work a few hours early; and I had to hang up with the computer technician. Everyone knows how hard it is to do that because you never get back with the same technician and wind up going through the process again with someone new. I cannot do business with someone who doesn't respect/honor my time. My schedule is packed; and when I make an appointment, I expect a professional to honor it. So I'm pretty unhappy with his price, quality of the parts he uses and disregard for my time.

Kevin comes from a family where honest morals and values existed. Kevin is a man of his word, and when his mouth opens to speak, the truth is revealed. I have been in the retail industry for 27 years, and can tell anyone, anything he or she needs to know about the grocery business. However, I cannot speak intelligently any words about electrical, other than I can turn on my lights with a switch, and that electricity accomplishes this task. Kevin explained, in terms I can comprehend, what my electrical problem was and how he could go about fixing it. Additionally, he showed me how I could fix it myself, and save some money. If honesty and trust could be questioned in this particular instance, I would arrive at an answer that says Kevin is second to none when it comes to honesty and trust. The light works now, I only spent money on a consultation, and saved many hours of possible frustration because Kevin was here to explain the process of getting the switch to work! Thank you.

Kevin answered the phone on the 2nd ring, and said he would be available at noon the next day. Showed up right on the agreed upon time, was polite and introduced himself very professionally. Got right to work and spent about 2 hours crawling around in all kinds of tight spaces, and carefully inspecting all areas of possible troubles. Troubles fixed, and a surprisingly low bill! I would definitely use him again, and have no trouble with recommending him to others...

I liked that Kevin answered his phone, called me back and stayed in touch us. He advised me that he did not do the work we needed and he referred us to Christopher Ulat at CRS SVC LTD to have the correct work done. He was the one that called Chris for us and set up the appointment. We were very happy with the work Chris did and are very thankful for Kevin for recommending him to us. We are also grateful that Kevin responded so quickly so we could get the work completed in a timely manner.

This is my second time using Kevin's services. He's a top-notch electrician at a very fair price. In addition to completing the work I requested, Kevin also identified and corrected an unsafe wiring problem when he was repairing my ceiling fan. He's a great guy. I wholeheartedly recommend him and will use him again!

The GFi in my garage was blown when I had my tile cleaned. Mr. O'Connor called me with 30 minutes of my phone call. He came and checked the breakers and changed the GFI. He also checked my sensor activated light in the front yard. He is very honest and did a great job.

Kevin O'Connor is a mensch, an honest and upright businessman. Kevin could have made an easy $100++ by scheduling a repair job as he knew the problem was an easy fix. Kevin, upon immediately returning my initial call, asked a few questions about the problem. I told him the electrical outlets in my bathroom had stopped working. I initially thought it was for scheduling an appointment, but then he explained that all I had to do was to find the GFCI plug. Given the area where I live and when the house was built, Kevin then told me the most probable location for the outlet and how to reset it. After hunting around the garage for about two minutes, I found the outlet and pushed the reset button. It worked! Thank you, Angie's List and, especially, O'Connor Electric!
