Bill takes ultimate care in making sure he can do the best in removing any stains or water spots in my leather and or suede goods. i have brought in purses, jackets, dresses both in leather and suede and it has always come back as PERFECT. Bill will even call you when he receives the item to discuss the spots, his assessment of what he can do to repair it and bring it back to new. Worth EVERY DIME (and its reasonable) to see your item brand new again !! i have even fed ex"d items to him so he can repair for i trust no one else. "

If I have something happen in any of our buildings, they are very quick to contact me back to schedule the best time for them to come by and take care of what is needed. They aim to be very respectful of our time and employees so they don't interrupt our work flow. When they call us they generally try to complete the work on the same day and will change up their routine to accommodate our employees who are still working so they don't disturb them. They are really great to work with. He drops in periodically to check and make sure we are happy with the work completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable service."
