I contacted them after having to let my old service go. The arranged to get my pool worked in immediately and then addes us on to the weekly rotation within 48 hours of contact. All the issues with algae from our previous service has been addressed and our pool looks so amazing.

Mike the owner and Mike the pool technician are wonderful. Our technician is always on time and reliable . He is polite and friendly and our pool sparkles when he is finished. My pool has never looked better. I would and have recommended them to anyone who asks. As far as I am concerned, they are the best pool service in Las Vegas.

This experience with the company was great at first with the pool technician. The interaction with the owner was absolutely horrible. He is very arrogant and inconsiderate. He should not take on new clients if he cannot properly maintain his existing clients. If you cannot handle more clients, why list your company in trying to get more clients.

My pool was muddy green and 3 other companies turned me down, Mike took on the work and now it is pristine. They have great communication and follow up. This is the best pool company in Nevada.
