Overall I would NOT recommend this company. There was a gross miscommunication between us. I requested weekly pool maintenance on Friday and they quickly jumped at sending someone out, and said they would be able to accomodate weekly maintenance on Fridays. Once the tech came out and charged me $100 to put a device in my skimmer to cut down on algae the company called to tell me the day of the week requested was not available. I believe they will tell you anything to get the job.

They had a history of charging for cleaning services that was done. I noticed a shade a green showing around my pool wall when I was leaving town. I came back 8 days later to find thick green algae. It was so bad I had to hire another company to drain and pressure wash it. They charged me a full month service shortly before I had left town. In addition they charged me an extra fee the following week. When I came back to town I sent them a picture of my green gooey pool. They couldn't get in touch with the technician. I called the next morning and there were promises of the tech coming out within the hour. I canceled the service 4 hours later as there was no show. They are horrible. I asked for a credit of charges as it was clear no one had come by for some time and I was told no. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. they will take your money and not take care of your pool. Save your money and equipment. Go with a reliable service.

Great company

The man who cleans our pool is very thorough and reliable. He does a great job. Updated 8/28/2020... I hired NV Pools to install a new filter and pool pump. I paid them $2,530. I had an air leak in the system two months later and tried contacting them. They will not answer their phones. I called the man who installed the new system (from NV Pools who gave me his cell phone number at the time) and he answered and said he would be here but never showed up and now refuses to answer his phone. I had also hired them to clean my pool but my pool developed yellow algae and they could not remedy the situation. Therefore, after numerous calls to them, I hired a new cleaner who got rid of the algae and it has not returned thus far. I feel totally ripped off by Nevada Pools. if they had even returned my calls, it would have made all the difference.
