The home warranty you pay a monthly fee I think ours is like $80 a month so when you need something you call them and they send somebody out. It's a $75 service fee, but anything on top of that they pay for. Actually it has worked out pretty good, but then you have to understand the rules, read the details what they cover and what they don't cover and what the rules are.
