Titanium Construction

Type of work done is inaccurate due to limited choices. We paid them a large deposit on an electrical job. They ignored us for months, claiming that due to family health issues they were out of the state. They never did the work, abandoned their mailing address, didn't register a new address with the licensing body Construction Industries Division, and have ignored calls and texts. We will have to take them to court to see that our deposit is returned.

Horrible! Job not finished and many expensive corrections have to be done. NEVER hire this contractor. Take a look at his terrible rating on the Better Business Bureau. It's F!

My wife had cancer and we hired this company to build a healing spa house for her cancer treatments. The father and daughter, Phillip and Jade Montoya, came and promised to finish in two months and said they understood that time was of the essence. They galdly took my wife's life savings, did about 1/3 of the project, then vanished, refusing to meet with either of us. A year later, my wife died broke and very humilated by Titanium construction. They have left me with a property I can't sell or rent and they refuse to even meet with me. I sent a demand letter two weeks ago and they made an appointment with me to create a schedule to remedy the situation, but they did not show up to this meeting and do not answer my calls. Note that the previous reviews were all written on the same day and the photos appear tpo be stock.

My experience with Titanium was great! They remodeled my dingy downstairs space into a beautiful massage studio. They listened to what I wanted and did it better than I expected. I appreciated their professionalism and quality work.
