"The work went great. This was the most positive experience I have ever had with a contractor. The quality of MountainSide's work and customer service was outstanding. When MountainSide evaluated my project, they took the time to listen to my concerns, discussed different options for completing the work, and gave me a detailed, written estimate. Unlike the other contractors that gave me estimates, they advised me upfront that part of the work required a city permit - I checked and they were right - and took on the responsibility for getting the permit and complying with all pertinent city ordinances regarding the work. Their work crews showed up on time and did a great job. They were polite and efficient and they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. "Mike did a good job. He was punctual. I bought 3 hours of service for $99 and I can  say I got my money's worth.  The work on the door molding was a little tricky but Mike persevered until I was satisfied.  I then hired him to cut off some bi-fold doors that were dragging on the carpet and his price was reasonable and I was pleased with his work.  I will call him again.
