Real nice and professional guy. Very knowledgeable about all things related to spas (electrical, plumbing, maintenance, brands, etc). I'd use him again, and recommend him to anyone.

Everything went well. The gentleman is knowledgeable, thorough, and he always arrives on time.

Another vendor had installed a replacement pump that didn't work. That vendor never returned to make good on the installation. Based on your recommendation we called Sand B Services. Bret arrived promptly July 7th and inspected the hot tub., this was complicated by the earlier installation. Bret returned July 22nd and replaced a pump and 3 switches. He was very courteous and professional, always punctual, and we are delighted with the results. He also returned the faulty pump which was still under warranty and has refunded us that amount. We highly recommend Bret and S and B Services for this type of work.

This company did an excellent job on our hot tub. Brett was brought out to repair one leak, and when he found it he made sure to show me the problem, explain it to me in layman terms and what would be needed to repair it. He had to basically rebuild a fittling and replaced it so that the stress that was responsible for the initial leak would be negated. When he returned with all of our parts and put them the spa back together he noticed another leak around the light. He brought it to my attention and let me know the approximate amount to fix the problem. When I gave him the "go ahead" he did the job quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the professionalism that this company showed, and their final consideration with my bill. They did not forge out on their own and pad their time - everything was cleared through me. I will be a loyal customer from here on. Their integrity and professionalism will bring me back.

Bret was professional, no-nonsense, and was willing to show me a little about how the hot-tub mechanism worked. I felt comfortable that he wasn't ripping us off, especially since this is an area I don't know much about. I'd recommend him.

After months of frustration with a faulty spa heater and inability to effectively drain our spa, S and B Services fixed the heater and leaks in our system and cleaned out debris choking the system. They took care of everything from start to finish, and our spa now works better than it ever has in the seven years we have owned it.

Spa had rodent infestation. The man from Sand B spent about 1/2 hour cleaning it out and testing it. After finding multiple leaks and chewed pipes he told us that it would cost about $2000 to fix it, but he would recommend getting a new spa since this one was an older model. He spent a lot of time giving us information about spas and what ones he thought were best. He was very well informed and very nice. If we have a spa problem again we would definately use Sand B.

Bret with Sand B Services responded to my initial call promptly, scheduled an appointment that same week, assessed the problem, and ordered the necessary parts needed for the repairs and the new ozone system instalation. A week later he was back with the parts and back to work on my spa. When the repairs were completed, two leaks were discovered, which he was able to repair with special adhesive compounds avoiding more costly replacement of plumbing. Bret was very cordial, competent, professional, and efficient and had ready answers for all my questions about the spa's operation. I would definitely hire him again.
