My project came out fantastic! Itâ s a beautiful building and meets our every need. The contractor was helpful to help us get the best deal for what we wanted. The project was timely and the contractor kept open communication throughout the project. The contractor and his crew were professional and had great energy. I would highly recommend working with this contractor to meet your construction needs.
Fabian took over $12k from us and after 4 months and excuse after excuse as to why he could not start the project, he blocked our calls and ran off with our money.
Gave a quote that did not include what I had asked for. Gave a generic garage quote and never sent another quote with corrected prices. They contacted me a month later and asked if I still wanted to build a garage. I told them yes and then never heard from them again.
I would recommend Knockout Construction. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves, and very courteous. They explained everything to me along the way and was very patient to answering all my questions. I am hiring them back to replace my sliding glass doors. I will definitely give you guys a call for future business.
The Owner was an honest man. He did everything I asked of him. He even did a few extra things for my AC unit. And gave me a Senior Discount.
