I put a down payment of $2,000 and he never did anything after that, Kept having excuses, after 3 weeks he told me a refund was on the way and I still have not received it. I would like them to contact me.

Sometimes life gets in the way of plans and than caused the job to require more time than initially planned. Eric is very good and does work that demonstrates his professionalism.

Eric did an excellent job on my fence. He converted an old, sagging fence into a new one by using some of the better parts of the old fence but replacing the ones that had served their time.

A drainage system was created on a closed in patio. I was impressed by the knowledge and skill of Erik in providing exactly what we needed. Not only did Erik do the job requested, he also included the repair and painting of a wooden seat for no additional cost. This is the second project we have hired A Security Solution for, and we have been very pleased both times with their performance. The nicest part is that we believe we can trust this company to give us a fair price and to do a professional job in a timely manner. I highly recommend Erik and his team.

The fence is beautiful. I ve received many compliments from neighbors. I appreciate the privacy too. Still awaiting the installation of a deadbolt lock.

Hired A Security Solution to install fencing for me. I was so pleased with Erik and the work his guys did that I have now hired them to remodel my 2 bathrooms, install laminate wood floors in my whole house, and build a planter for me. The cost is very reasonable and Dawn their interior decorator has been super helpful with designing the bathrooms all while meeting my needs and wants. Great company! I highly recommend them.

This company was hired to build a 4ft horse wire fence with wooden posts. They said 3 days to complete the project. After 21 days the project was not even half done. The workmanship was horrible. Every day they came they spent most of it redoing unsatisfactory installation from the day before. Post were so shallow they could be pushed out easily. Wire was so loose it bowed and had to be re-stretched (by me). Many days they would show up at 9 or 10AM work for a couple of hours and leave. It might be 2 days before they returned. They seemed to be on their cellphone half of the time. Half the time it was just a single person. I have never seen a project go so south in my 65 years. The quality was so bad it seemed they had no idea how to do a horse wire fence. I got a neighbor and a friend to help me do it and we were done in 2 and a half days. We had to reset almost ALL the posts SS had put in. Things were not square or straight. The posts were 12, 13 or 15 feet apart. Not consistent at all - or put in as we had discussed (10 feet max). Security Solution should never have agreed to do something they had no experience at. They acted like this was something they were experts at but showed they were incapable of completing the project with any quality or acceptable workmanship. Most of the posts were set 8-12 inches in the ground after telling me they would be buried at 2ft. They mixed QuickCrete IN the post hole! and then when the posts could be pushed over, claimed it was a bad batch of QuickCrete! SS took half the money up front and did not even do 1/4 of the job. And almost all of that had to be removed and set properly. There was only 25 feet of fencing actually put up when after 21 days I cancelled the contract. Even that 25 feet had to be removed because it was a sagging mess. I would never recommend Security Solution to do a wire fencing project based on the absolutely unacceptable work they did for us. Use at your own risk. Note: Erik says I am a liar... why would I lie about getting ripped off by an incompetent contractor. I let you keep the $2500. If you were doing a good job I sure would not have cancelled the contract and lost my money.

Erik and team built a fence for me, November 2019. In the process white paint stain was splashed on my garage stucco and new concrete path. I was told that rain would wash it off. It didnt. Earlier this month an employee returned to fix the problem, using full strength Mauriac acid, at Eriks instruction and in defiance of the dilution instructions on the product, in the process. Now my concrete is brown and I have not been successful in getting Erik to return to finish the job. Imprudently, I made my final payment before the issue was fully resolved and at this late date I think it probably will not be. I am now looking for a company that specializes in restoring concrete., an undertaking that will probably triple the original cost of my project. Should you decide to hire Erik, be vigilant and closely supervise the work, since such things as drop cloths will not be used unless you insist.

Erik and his team did an excellent job for us and even went beyond what we had expected. He knows the business and takes lots of pride in his work. We were very pleased with the job that was done on our patio.

I cannot effectively rate the quality of work, because in a three month period, from the time Erik cashed the start up check until three (3) months later, not a single deliverable had been completed. Not only would several weeks pass with no one on site, but when someone would appear, it was usually for a day or less per week. This was a project of five (5) deliverables which should have been completed in one month to six weeks at most. When no deliverables had been completed, indeed two (2) were never started, and two (2) were less than half complete, in a period of three (3) months, I told Erik to that we could no longer wait on him, and I terminated the contract.

Excellent value for the price! Even though the job took longer than initially anticipated, Erik came back for an additional few hours to make sure things were completed as desired. I am very pleased with the result! Thanks, Erik and crew!

Eric responded to my request promptly and professionally, gave me a very reasonable quote to replace the old worn out fence gate. He and Doug arrived promptly (next day service!!) and replaced the gate with new hardware, and it looks great!! Will hire him again for future projects!

got the fence replaced in one day and the finished product is better thin the fence I had. I am very pleased with the final product.

After paying half down on our project, two people showed up and left after an hour. They stopped showing up or calling to let us know what was going on. Had to let him go.

He came in after a different Electrician came in and installed wiring wrong. He fixed everything, added new fixtures, etc. I liked his work so much I had him also install a new 200 Amp service I need very badly.

Best decision I ever made. Not only did my fence turn out exactly as promised but Erik checked a light for me I was having trouble with and uncovered that my fuse box had been installed upside down and wrong. Something that should have been picked up during inspection when we purchased 3 mos ago. I can't recommend them enough. A service and integrity as well!

They moved all the furniture, pressure washed, sealed the concrete, and replaced the furniture on my huge patio and front entrance. In addition, they did an excellent job of repairing some damaged concrete. The quality of the work was excellent and they did the job in almost record time. GREAT JOB!!!!!
