SOLID SURFACE SPECIALTIES

on June 5, 2015, we gave half down; we were promised this would be completed before the 4th of July. It was completed July 9, 2015. They came to install and broke the biggest piece of granite before even arriving at our home. Another was ordered. Once the new granite came in, they came to install. Once they left, my dishwasher would no longer close, and my kitchen sink leaked. We had new sinks and faucets installed by them. WE TRIED TO CONTACT this company by way of phone calls, messages left on voicemail, text messages, going to the actual place of business, we went to his Parents title company, which is located directly in front of his business, to inquire, to no avail. We had to hire a plumber to come fix the mistakes they left. The plumber could not believe how this company left the plumbing under the sink, and he was not surprised we had leaks. To this day, we have not heard from Solid Surface Specialities.

They did not finish the counter tops. There were half inch gaps all around them I had to hire a different company to complete the work. Their response to us when we contacted them to finish the work was that they it was not in the contract; they would not finish the work.
