"The process was very smooth. Sheerkahn arrived on time and completed the project same day just as they had indicated. They had to dig up the front yard to replace the leaky pipe with the new one, but did a good job filling in the trench. The team was very courteous and kept us informed on the progress. "I had framing issues re-corrected on a new construction 2 family dwelling. Terry and his framer "Brasil" did quality work by re-framing the ceiling and the arch on the 2nd floor balcony. They did structural repairs and corrections since the previous framers botched up the house.  Terry was responsive and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. I would definitely recommend TMC Construction for general contracting issues. They do neat and quality work at a reasonable price. Also, it is a plus that he is aware and knowledgeable with the framing codes  Jersey City enforces. He made sure everything was done correctly for the framing to pass inspection.
