"Do not use this cleaning service!! They mislead you on the cost for their services. I had them clean my house for the first time and they indicated it would be $160. However, being that it was the first time, it may take longer and cost a little more. They showed up with only 2 people and cleaned for 4.5 hours. They then charged me $720, that's $80 per person/hour, which is a complete rip off! I then filed a complaint against Cleaning and Organizing by Silvana to see if we could work out a solution, but of course they haven't responded. Avoid at all cost!""

"I was told by a representative from Mr Sandless company that they could not do anything to improve the condition of my floor however I was not satisfied with that answer I called step-by-step and Eduardo showed up at my home and evaluate the floors and assured me that he could correct the floors current condition. I took a chance and hired Eduardo to clean and re-coat the floors and to our surprise myself and my wife we were 100% satisfied with the outcome thank you Eduardo."
