They were hired to edge and border our landscaping, create two large planter boxes, redo our front walkway and create a side landscaped area with tress. All I have to say is phenomenal job. Not only was everything completed beyond my expectations but Derek, the owner, and David were highly professional and courteous. They were able to save the original stones from the walkway and reuse them, keeping the old charm to our house. David even used the left-over stones to fill in a hole my dog did and made him a little patio. I don’t know about the other companies, because they never called me back, but I think Sun Viking is the best. We are thinking of a backyard patio in the future and I will no doubt hire them to complete. I am told that is there specialty. Great work and thanks."

Needed, or "thought"we needed more amps -added to our 100a service Because of "flickering" lights throughout the home. Nope. We were only told this by 3 other electricians. Phil, came out, and gave me the HONEST scoop -on what was really wrong: just a freshening up, of all of the hardware, connectors, and corrosion, that had built up, on the service over the years. "     In order to complete to layout design I submitted a drawing of the room as well as a series of photos.  The website for Homemade design has a questionaire what helps define your overall tastes in design.  I joined Pinterest and started boards for furniture, lighting, bookshelves which were reviewed.  Homemade design comes to New York periodically to meet with clients not in the Boston area and this gave us a chance to meet and select furniture and upholstery at the New York Design center.  This is an extra charge but well worth it since I was completely overwhelmed.  They were extremely patient and guided me through the process.  At one point I decided to move the television which turned out to be a bad idea -- they explained why it would not worked and I concurred competely after I understood the reasons.  So, they are not afraid to tell you if you going down the wrong road. I live in a New York City townhouse and forget that I do not have a whol lot of space even though my house is huge for NYC. So, I had to be told how to "scale" everything to the space we had to work with, which was helpful
I purchased the service several months ago but was not ready to actually decide on the actual purchases until recently. So, the delay in completion is because of my schedule.  I now hope to finish everything by September.

I have two large trees by my pool that are hard to do and his worker did a much better job than a previous landscaper that charged much more. I feel Gregory was accommodating and it was relief to have a lot of work done in a short period for a decent price."
