Brad was awesome! He was prompt, professional and friendly. He made sure to fit us in his busy schedule, his follow up was great. He was easy to work with, easy to talk to, gave us exactly what we wanted. He made sure we were good with his review of things. He was very detailed in what he was doing, what he was looking for and why. He answered all of our questions and concerns. This was such a great experience. We will definitely use Safe ‘Nspect Home Inspections again as well as refer our family and friends. It was a pleasure working with Brad, he dedication and thoroughness is a great asset.

We hired Safe 'Nspect Home Inspections for the Rectory at our Church. Brad arrived on time as scheduled, and did a very thorough and complete inspection--from roof and gutters to the basement. We never felt as if he was rushing to get to his next appointment. He was very aware of the most recent property code requirements, and noted several areas where improvements were needed. He spent time with us to go thru his report item by item, and even went so far as to suggest ways to make the needed updates in the most cost effective manner.
