Brand Davies and Safe 'Nspect was so awesome! This was our first time buying a home and Brad was so helpful and knowledgable. As he inspected the entire house and outbuildings he would grab us when he came across something he wanted us to see in person and explained to us his concerns right there. I had an excellent experience with Brad as my home inspector. He was very quick to respond to the inquiry, was extremely friendly, and made the scheduling process very smooth.
