"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards. The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Kenny, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!"

They were able to complete my entire basement project: installing a french drain, sump pump, and rough casting on the walls in just one day. They brought in a large team to ensure the project was done correctly and efficiently. They also made sure to use drop cloths and plastic around the house to keep dust off of my furniture. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
