Ordered the custom glass for the bay window. Took almost a month for the delivery of the window. Scheduled installation of the window on the second visit. "Windows are good. Work was sloppy. Still finding shards of glass on the floor and the furniture a week after completion. Caulking looks like a third grader did it- including caulking the screen door to the frame. For this type of investment, they should act like professionals."
