"I had written a poor review after getting unsatisfactory answers about an insect control treatment, which was supposed to have been done with one of my weed control visits , but was not listed as done. Within an hour, Joe B, a manager at Green Lawn, called me to apologize and explain why the treatment may not have been correctly recorded in my records. He was apologetic and kind. The fact that he responded so quickly and was so sincere really impressed me. I also have found the technicians (who do the treatments) to be very friendly too. Therefore I’ve upped my rating and intend to use this company again in 2026."

"Spent weeks trying to rid our kitchen from ants. Have two young children that drop crumbs everywhere. We put all our food in R.I.P. lock bags and sealed containers. Used raid spray and ortho home defense to no avail. Even used ant baits. We finally had enough! Had used APM in the past for fleas. We knew who to call. After treatment we saw no more ants with in 24 hours. APM extermination specialist John is very knowledgeable! He answered all our guestions and even spent time to educate us on our ant problem. A one year contract to exterminate our problem and take care of any others is well worth it!"

We have a 3 man maintenance crew, (2) 3 man construction crews. 90% of our man power have been with the company 8 years or more. We strive to maintain a high level of quality control and will continue to do so! We don't charge for estimating and consultation. We are hands on therefore subcontractors are not needed in most scenarios. We feed from repeated and referred work. Word of mouth is 95% of our business and would like it to remain that way. We are never too busy to take a customers call .

They sprayed neem oil; full results tbd, but it seemed as though there was less scale a few days later. 2nd job was tree trimming; this was a big job because we hadn't had it done for 2-3 years. The guys were really quick. They had to come through our center city row home to carry tree debris from the back yard to the front; they were super-careful about minimizing mess and damage. Also, they were good about wearing masks to protect against the corona virus. Note: we've used this company for 8 years."
