I came to Structuretech and particularly Omar Elsherif as I had a 2 family house in which the house was leaning and no longer level. I paid for the plans to resolve and had contractor provide me quotes based on the plans that were provided. When the contractor ran into a problem where one of the beams was not able to be set to level due to the dirt being displaced by the weight of the beam. When we went back to Omar he told me that was not his problem, although his plans never stated where this beam was going to sit and refused to provide any guidance. Throughout the entire project we have had challenges reaching Omar and getting questions answered. I now have spent upwards of $50k on this project with no solution. I unfortunately will need to take them to court which will delay this project even further. I have worked with engineers in the past and they were always willing to help and provide guidance. Very disappointed with this service.
