Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. "It was awful. Thy sent me a guy who said he'd take care of the job in four days it took seven. I can't go into all the details but it was overpriced and not worth it. I could have done the work myself quicker and cheaper. I will say that once they realized they sent someone awful they responded well and gave me a discount.
