Ed was one of three people from Service Master to give us an estimate. Any of three would have been a good choice and around the same amount. Ed spent time educating us about various products and why he would do the job a certain way, and HE was the one going to do the work. We weren't disappointed. Ed arrived early, worked all day, and completed the job as promised. I was impressed that he takes one job at a time and doesn't juggle 3 or 4 jobs at a time.I was comfortable with Ed being in my home. I had to be out of the house on several days and trusted Ed to be in the house, I will use Ed in the future and recommend him to anyone.

Ed was on time to my home for the quote as well as when he began the project. He was neat and clean on the project he did in my kitchen. He offered suggestions and patiently explained tiling specifics to me. He will be back to work on a few other projects in my home.
