"Vincent (the owner) provided a quotation quickly and with reasonable pricing. During the 1+ day installation, Vincent and his team were very professional and accommodating to our requests. For example, post-installation we realized we wanted some changes to the front switch configuration and Vincent came back within a few days to perform the work at a nominal charge for additional labor.We hit one minor snag with the pathway lights - i.e. the wrong lights were installed but Vincent apologized and replaced them with the correct ones at the same time he changed the front switch.
Overall, we highly recommend BOLD and would use them again."
"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."
