My house is 60 years old and is gradually in need of some repairs. He replaced a doorknob, reseated a heavy door that had come off its hinges, repaired a broken chair, replaced a leaky washer in the kitchen tap, reseated an outdoor light knocked out by a storm which he will replace at a later date, and installed a new mailbox.

"well to start we had a decaying railroad tie wall they pulled wall in 1 day then they landscaped yard down on a nice angle to redirect the water flow away from basement wall also they trenched out side of house 150 feet with stone and drain . What a difference no more water problem ."
