Paid in full for all the material. paid for delivery. Only got delivered flooring and rest of them NO... When I went and asked, they say they did. when asked to show me the camaras of them loading the Truck, they said no we checked out self and they show that we loaded everything. They wouldnt show u saying it propratory. Over all these guys are liers and wouldnt recommand but if ur still buying than be very very careful. Do assume or trust any one. they didnt give &500 worth of stuff.

Estimates generated in June 2016 - Not finished as of March 2017. Months of back and forth to estimate and order correct materials. Door arrives broken and Lowes manager tells their contractor to install anyway to see if customer objects. Installer the nicest guy in the world but very tight window in scheduling his time - created further delays. Broken door returns again from Lowes - fixed but the same door. Installation begins. Contractor unable to use his brain and work solutions because he is afraid he will be blamed by Lowes if something goes wrong. Finally finished door install after multiple visits. Craftsmanship is OK - not great. Work moves to the screen door which was never ordered for reasons never explained. Screen door ordered and after several scheduling miscues, the work starts. Uh-oh - cannot install screen door because the contractor did not estimate work correctly. Two months go by with no contact from Lowes. I personally visited the install desk at the Newton store and was assured it would be handled. My only request was that the same contractor not be used. Lowes sends out another contractor who apologizes for the delay - now Lowes wants additional money for materials to do the job right ($300). I say no because they estimated the job wrong the first time. Silence from Lowes until I inquire a month later - Lowes has the contractor call me to arrange an appointment - It is the first contractor I said was unqualified! I politely told him he could not come back and I would contact Lowes. Called store - visited store - More promises. Two weeks later the install desk calls and says they can do the job the upcoming week. Great! I ask who is the contractor? Still the first guy!!! I must explain again to Lowes how they have completely dropped the ball and we are closing in on a year into the project and it is still incomplete. Lowes claims they want to make me happy but the only way to get another contractor is to pay an extra $600. What??? - OK, make me happy...refund my money. Lowes did refund my money - only thing they did correctly. Very nice people, but either do the job yourself, hire your own contractor, or go to Home Depot or Sears I suppose.

Getting the boxes to pack the house was wonderful because they were strong enough to hold a great weigh in each box. Of course, none that would have worked without the packing tape.
The throw rug was wonderful and looks great in the bed room, it is helpful that I love butterflies.

It went well and I did the work myself. I went to Home Depot first, but, they were more helpful at Lowe's and they saved me money. Home Depot acted as though they didn't know what I was talking about.

I could not get an estimate of delivery so I went to the store and I was refused to see the manager. They finally sent someone out who spoke to me for about 10 to 15 min. They kept screwing up the date. They finally sent someone over to install the toilet; I would never hire them again in the future. The two installers made me feel unsafe. They had a very negative attitude.

Its Christmas Eve and our refrigerator needed a new part because we were missing something when they delivered it to us. We called Lowe's and they got someone out to us right away. They went out of their way on a holiday to help us, that's pretty impressive and shows they care. From a sales perspective too, they literally kept throwing discounts at us left and right. We love Lowe's.

Lowe's came and measured but when they came to lay the carpet my husband and the guy didn't agree on something. My husband had to talk to the main office. They were disagreeing on what to do with the closets. We would still use Lowe's again but we would request not to have that same guy come back and do the job. Lowe's did call after the work was done. They lady didn't seem really concerned about my complaints and went as far as to tell me I should call someone else back and tell them my story. I hung up and wondered why I should have to call someone back when they first called me.

Lowes was great. We had a minor problem that arose while they were working with us. It was something small and they not only fixed it, but took ten percent off of our fee. We were so impressed. I would absolutely use them again. They were just great.

Lowe's is good but I do my own research when shopping there. Come to think of it, the sales guy working was not too knowledgeable. I do like their prices though. I would encourage them to make their sales people a little more savvier about the products they are selling though. Lowe's also screwed up my delivery date. They had the wrong date recorded to deliver my purchases. That was a little annoying because I had made arrangements to take off work to be here and things of that nature.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT ALTHOUGH I HAD TO WAIT A WHILE TO GET SOMEONE TO OFFER THEIR ASSISTANCE. HOWEVER, THE STORE HAD JUST OPENED SO I UNDERSTOOD. ONCE I RECEIVED ASSISTANCE, THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL.
