Dan was friendly and knowledgeable and took care of everything! Might have been a tad expensive but the ease of it being done without my effort was great. I will use him again when we get our new television

Arrived on time (actually 10 minutes early). Took the time to explain, in layman's terms, what he did and why. Was able to fix problem on the spot in less than an hour.

Other than being an hour late ( my pet peeve) Dan was knowledgeable & did not try to make the service sound complicated. Within minutes he was reconnecting all of the loose wires and had everything up and working. He stayed until I was ok with his work and his fee was very fair ! I would recommend him for sure .

He was very good. I brought in my vcr combo in on Tuesday and he had to order a part and got it fixed by Friday. He is very timely and professional.
