"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Everything went extremely well. I strongly recommend Lenny from Passaic Window & Glass. We initially needed a broken window repaired at my residence the job was completed in a very timely manner. I then inquired about replacing the crank mechanisms being replaced on bay windows. He ordered the necessary parts. Upon installation, one of the parts was defective, he immediately ordered the replacement part, that also was defective. He kept me informed of the status of the impending repair. The job was completed earlier today. Everything from the beginning until the project was completed was handled in professional & courteous manner. "He is very professional and has great communication skills.  He responded to text and email, provided updates and was very punctual.  
The work was well done and looks nice.  
My only complaint is that he quoted me for the entire job and I paid that amount.    I happened to have a painter working in the house at the same time, on other projects.  The two of them apparently agreed that the painter would do the sanding, frame priming and painting and touch up.  This wound up costing me an additional  $250 from the painter.  
I would hire him again, but I would be more specific about the completion of the work."
