Definitely hire Steve! From the beginning, he was so kind and helped us in anyway that he could! He arrived to the appointment before us and was ready to jump right in. He also didn't mind that we had to drag along our 15 month old son throughout the entire thing, but instead was great with him! He took the time to explain everything to us and make sure that we really understood it. He got the report back to us just when he said he would and when I asked for clarification of one of the sections, he sent over a revised copy right away! He is very responsive via email or text. I couldn't be more happy with the service we received from Steve. I will definitely hire him again if I ever need his services and recommend him to everyone I know! Steven was very knowledgable in all areas of the home inspection. Found so many things wrong with the potential home that we were so grateful we didn't purchase. Slate roof needed to be replaced, oil tanks in backyard and termites. This house would have been a money pit. When we find our next home, we will definitely use him again- hopefully next time we will pick a better house and receive a better inspection report. Thank you Steve
