Being a first time homeowner I trusted this company with helping make sure the house was in great condition and he didn't do that at all. Finding all these issues wrong with the house I brought after Steven gave me a good report was not the right thing to do. It was a waste of money and I have to now spend more money because of his mistakes. I have a water leak in my bathroom that he passed. I'm so angry and disappointed that I didn't listen to my realtor when she said don't hire him. This is my life something that I trusted him with and for him to not find all the problems that the house had is just crazy. I really wish I could just Sue him. No I don't recommend this company to anyone and if I could give No star I would.

Steve responded to all my questions, was prompt, friendly and professional. I have used his services twice and both times he was very thorough with his inspections and the reports were available quickly. Steve is very honest. He also will not recommend other contractors for services such as mold remediation, construction, etc as it would be a conflict of interest (something that other inspectors will do).
