173 The company promised and in the contract that were made for life and the replacement for anything that happens to the windows for free, it's been more than a year since I called them and they tell me that they don't have the material, but they do have to offer new windows to new customers....

Tomasz' crew did a great job. He suggested aluminum wrap on each window for protection from the elements. It was a one-day job. We have beautiful new windows! We have also asked Tomasz to replace our crank window in the kitchen. We highly recommend TL Home Improvement.

"Cons: Very bad after service support and planning. I had a broken window (at the time of their installataion) and a need for changing the moulding on a couple of windows. It took them over 4 months to get the day scheduled (and this was not because of product delay) and even after that they werent prepared for the job, there was overall confusion from the guy who comes in to do the job vs the person i talk to on the phone. Pathetic display of customer service. All their promise about windows support post installation goes out the windows for me. I will use another service for the rest of my house now. Pros: Windows are good quality."
