Satisfactory job done well, timely and professional

Everything ultimately went very well. The swap outs went fine. The first installer had a lot of trouble with the new ceiling fan location but ultimately he got it installed and working. Luckily they bill a flat rate so I just paid the agreed upon price. Then it turned out the fan wasn't working. They sent someone to look at it right away, determined there was a problem with the installation, and immediately arranged to correct it. When they came back a third time for the fix one man was here 4.5 hours and another man helped him for an hour and a half. They fixed the problem and the ceiling fan and light are working perfectly. The charge for all that time spent - zero!! All of the workers, including phone staff, were very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Mike was excellent. He showed up within the two hour window that was given, talked to us about what was wrong and what could be done, performed all the installations and repairs quickly and professionally and was very personable. His rates were very fair and we will definitely call WireWiz again!

The guys did a great job! They installed the two attic outlets during the hottest weekend in the summer and our attic is not climate controlled by any stretch! For the bathroom fan and vent, they suggested an all in one fan and vent instead of cutting a second hole in the ceiling which i really appreciated! This made it necessary for them to come back another day since they needed to pick up the right size light/vent. Ref The replacement vanity light they called me to let me know that they would have to punch a hole in the drywall to do the wiring properly and that I would need to paint. They didn't just go ahead and do it which i also appreciated! Very professional. They discussed various options for venting the bathroom fan since i did not want them to punch another hole in our brand new roof. They did this without grumbling. Both the receptionist and the electricians' communication was stellar as they kept me posted on what was happening. Both times they came i was out of town and i felt comfortable leaving them alone in my home. The improvements they made to our home made it more functional, safer and more beautiful. I trust and highly recommend Wire Wiz.

Person arrived on time and conducted a professional inspection. The inspector was responsive to questions--they were answered clearly and concisely. Work performed on return visit was competently done in a timely fashing. Highly recommended.

The service technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly, neatly, and in the least expensive way. The initial fee of $145.00 seemed a bit higher than other companies previously used but, they did offer a 5% discount for being an Angie's List member. Overall, we were very satisfied with this service.

They were very good. From the first time I called they were very helpful. The secretary, Christine, was very helpful getting my information to set up a free estimate. Steve, the technician, came out and gave me a verbal estimate and I received a written estimate via email afterward as well. They were all very pleasant to deal with, cooperative, and interested in obtaining my business and making sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to other Angie's List members and I would use them again myself.

Got my TV's up & running. House is in middle of renovations so I figured i'd have to patch cutouts in the ceiling after bath fans installed. Couldn't believe how great a job Luke did & saved my ceilings! i dunno how he did it, but the hi-tech fan was not an easy install. I guess the best really do make it look easy, lol. Guess i was sooo busy with renovations I forgot to mention that A Wire Wiz did tons more work than just the ceiling fans. After frozen pipe burst & flooded my house, they assessed water damaged electrical systems, answered permit & insurance questions, improved older improper fixtures, & most importantly saved us from stress, time & money. Everything was professional from their office calls, workmanship, scheduling, quality of materials & friendliness! My kids got a kick out of throwing pillows at them while they were working! If anyone can work under those extreme conditions with a smile then God Bless 'em!

Wire Wiz will be my go to electrician from now on. Steve was the technician who did all the work in our home and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. The finished product has transformed our living room. Please note regarding price, I had some of the material required for the installation on hand and that decreased the overall price. I appreciate that Wire Wiz was willing to use customer supplied materials and adjusted the price accordingly.

The company took over a prior electrical commitment from a home improvement company. Work completed and it passed inspection.

From top to bottom, totally pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. They called me promptly to keep me fully informed of when they would be here, showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and did a real quality job on a major project. I have an office with apartments and three meters. Had a partial power failure on a weekend which Wire Wiz responded to on an emergency basis and correctly diagnosed as an Electric Company issue at the pole and called them to restore my power. Wire Wiz said that I might need new outside service which electric company quickly confirmed. They then proceeded to schedule the job, got the permit and showed up on time. While on the job they were very diligent - worked straight through with little or no breaks - explained what was going on, left everything neat and tidy and removed all debris from the old lines. In the process they had to fish new main power lines through walls and ceiling to three breaker boxes. The obvious quality and neatness of their work makes them my go to electricians from now on.

I really liked the fact it is a family business. They were very professional and showed up when they were supposed and return phone calls in a very timely manner. I would definitely use them again without any hesitation.

Lightning struck my chimney last night. I had some breakers blow during this event. I called the fire dept and they said I needed an electrical inspection. I called Wire Wiz and they came out in a couple of hours and did a complete inspection, TOP to BOTTOM. Very impressed with the level of attention and detail of the inspection.

The work was done in a timely fashion, was professional, prompt estimates, prompt service provided and cleaned area. For someone seeking professional service, I would recommend Wire Wizard. This strong recommendation is based on them providing service on three separate occasions and each time service has been excellent. I anticipate and have a fourth estimate pending now.

Luke was here on time. He was very pleasant. The light fixture is a free-form type ceiling unit and he really took a big interest in getting it like I wanted and I am very happy with it. Christine and Virginia answered the phone when called, were so personable and pleasant. I did not have to leave a message at any time. They were knowledgeable.
