Hi-Tech Spa Service

Arrived when expected, explained the issue and resolution. Took care of my problem. Would use again.

I was told $180.00 first hr. Plus parts. When the guy showed up I showed him the leak he said he couldnt reach the leak he was here about 20 min and gave me a bill for $191.91 he also tried to sell me a bottle of fix a leak for $70.00 I said no, went on Amazon and found it for $23.00 everyone should make a buck but this was a bit much . Very expensive service charge

The response was very quick and they are easy to reach on the phone. They kept me posted about arrival time. The worked efficiently and resolved my problem quickly. They were organized and tidy and I would be happy to use them again.

Lenny was in and out in less then an hour. He knew exactly what to do and got it done. I would definitely use Hi-Tech Spa in the future.

I am concerned. I originally hired them to fix a leak in my spa. They fixed the heater and circular pump and got the electricity hooked up, but I still have a leak. I have tried calling them for three days to come back, but they do not answer the phone and have not returned my calls. I am wondering if they are closed this week, but there is nothing to indicate that. I am hoping to hear from them soon. Edit: I would like to rescind my earlier review that Hi-Tech was not responding to my calls for help after their original spa repair uncovered another leak. It seems we had a technical communication issue rather than a provider-client issue. Larry and John came back and fixed the leak and I am thrilled. Excellent service.

John arrived on time and the job was done professionally. The charge was average for the job. I am a very satisfied customer.

After I was told by another company that it would cost $1000 to repair a hose in my 19 year old spa with no guarantees that it would work I went through Home Advisor for a second opinion. Larry from High-Tec called, I sent him some pictures of the hose and he said he could fix it. While he said he couldn’t get to me for two weeks he came within a week. The tech, John, replaced the hose in the freezing rain. The repair cost a little over $200 and my spa is up and running again. Thanks to Larry and John!
