Hi-Tech Spa Service made a timely appointment, kept the appointment, diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed part, returned with the part, installed it and fixed the problem. In all of this Larry Steinberger acted in the highest professional manner and skill. He was up front about his charges, detailing his travel and labor charges before he came on site to do the repair.

Arrived on time...was professional, courteous, experienced...And helpful.

They called me back within in minutes of explaining my problem. They took less then 10 days to come to my house. Theyre pricing was resonable and my spa is up and running like it was when it was brand new. The service was excellent and the employees were very professional. I'd use them again and I will recommend them to friends in the future.

The spa was leaking in various locations. Larry did a great job of troubleshooting the problem and promptly making the repairs. He also offered suggestions for ongoing maintenance to prevent major repairs. There was a travel charge between New Brunswick and Morriston.

Larry did the work, but would not honor a warranty even though it was stated on his estimate. When I received the bill/receipt, the warranty line was deleted. One week later 9/16, when I first went to start the motor, it would turn.

He arrived at my house between the hours he said he would, he had the problem fixed within an hour and the price was fair. I would recommend Larry to anyone of my neighbors.
