Larry responded within minutes -- in fact, I hadn't even exited the computer screen yet -- and came out promptly to winterize our hot tub. Everything went well, and we'd be happy to have him back any time.

he replaced part and spa stopped leaking. But now another part is not working. I spoke to Larry and he will return to see if he forgot to contect a part. He came back had to replace antother 300+ part that was working before he fixed the first problem and then he blew out the power board another 500 plus labor. Aparently he does not know what he is doing, My husband threatened to sue him. He fixed it so we can use it and charged us only 300+ tax for the part but I would not reconmend him to anyone.

Immediate contact--arrives on day he said he would--fixes problem.
