Though this gentleman did not come to the house to complete the service, he was extremely helpful over the telephone and instructed us on what to do to fix the problem ourselves. He will come in at a future date to replace parts. In the mean time, he got the unit working and in excellent order free of charge over the phone. I look forward to meeting him later in the season when he comes to order the parts to the hot tub.

The specific repair to my spa was completed effifiently yet after the repair the spa light does not work.

He was courteous and on time. I couldn't believe how quickly he returned the call when we requested help. He knew right away what it was and had all the parts with him.

The service was good but the price is outrageous. I live 5 miles away and was hit with a $60 travel charge. I was actually approached by some neighbors who considered having work done but once I told them of the price they reconsidered. Had the price been more reasonable I would use them more but in this economy I would only use them if I had exhausted every avenue
