Streight forward competitive pricing and basically I had another spa guy here who could not do the job

He arrived on time did the job all was good .

Hi-Tech Spa Service did a great job.

Larry was efficient, reasonable and friendly.

The service called and e mailed me about there availabiltyt. Larry came that afternoon, very professional. The price was competetive and he serviced and completed the job quickly.

I was very satisfied with the service. Larry was able to diagnose my problem quickly and work was completed on time for a fair price.

Larry called me within minutes of my email request and fixed my spa in just an hour or so. His prices were very reasonable and I am going to use him for all my spa needs!

Larry was quite knowledgable and quickly got the job done.

Well they said they would be here after noon and didn't get here until after 3 so I gave up a day of work for nothing so it cost me an extra hundred dollars which would have paid the travel charge.

Larry is a real professional. He arrived promptly and quickly determined the source of a leak I had in my hotub and fixed it. My hotub is now functioning perfectly thanks to him. He was even able to provide me with the chemicals I needed once it was refilled. He is extermely knowledgeable and I will not hesitate to call him again if anything (heaven forbid) should arise with my spa. THANKS LARRY!!!

This man was one of the worst person I have ever hired. He thought he knew everything, was in a hurry to do the job and leave. Very quick to call and get the job but then not so fast in completing his work. Larry came to the house checked only one part of the hot tub and was ready to leave. When he was told that maybe he should take off the other panels and check it was no no not need. Larry left the job and within 5 minutes the hot tub was leaking, when called he told me that he could not return until a week later. If he did a complete job in the first place he would not have to return. I had to hire someone else to complete the job.

Larry was great he called right away and was at my house in 2 days.He found the problem with in 5 mintues of looking at the hot tub and explain what was wrong and how much to fix it. A hour and half later my hot tub was up and running and we are enjoying it again.

Service was quick and professional.

The service was excellent; however, customers should be queried regarding the accessibilty of the spa's mechanics. Since the spa sits down in the deck, there was concern as to the location of the motor. I rescheduled so that my husband could remove all decking and provide open access to the inner workings of the spa, which added to the cost (a second visist required).

"The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"

Did a good job, but was much too expensive for time spent on job.And also charged too much for traveling time to my home. He was also too far away in my opinion, to take this job. and should have told me the traveling charge on the phone when Ispoke with him.Wil not call him in the future. THANKING YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. SERVICE WAS GREAT VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT PRICES AND CHARGES WERE A LITTLE HIGH $90.00 HR LABOR AND $60.00 TRAVEL CHARGE ARE A MIN. ???????? THATS $150.00 TO WALK IN THE DOOR PLUS COST OF PARTS AT LIST PRICE VERY HIGH
