Larry was quick to call back and fixed my tub the same day as the service call.

Great job. I will call u back in a heartbeat when next need hoit tub serviced.

He arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem, alerted us to a more serious safety issue and recommended we contact an electrician before using the hot tub again. We did and the situation was very dangerious and was corrected. We are looking forward to using him again any time we have a hot tub issue and we are glad to have found someone we can trust for our spa needs.

Other then being 45 minuets late every thing went very well.

Problem was diagnosed quickly. Rates were reasonable and considerably less than other Spa Services I have used charged.

[Rossilli, Michael] The spa service was excellent. He came within 48 hours of the call and had the spa fixed in an hour. His rate was normal to a little high ($90/hr) and travel expense was high at $60. But he was efficient, friendly, and was thorough. i would use him again.

He was in the house 5 minutes. My wife and son were home. He did state that he has a $60 travel fee and that first hour was $120. He never explained why it only took minutes to fix or to explain that the button needed to be held down or whatever seemed to fix the jacuzzi tub. He never called back to see if everything was going ok.He was the only listing that came up so we called him. I understand that he charged per his conditions but this seems high for basically doing nothing.

I thought the $60 travel expense was a little much, especially when there are other jobs in the area. If there were 3 other jobs, in the area each paying $60, it seems a little outrageous to charge that kind of money, many people travel to their jobs and don't get reimbursed for their travel. I could see charging for an estimate, but if its necessary to charge the fee, and the work was done, it should be deducted from the bill.

Larry was great. He contacted me very promptly and asked the right questions to diagnose my problem before he arrived. In the past I've had service technicians not do any diagnosis until they showed up and were "on the clock". Larry was also willing to show up and fix my hot tub without requiring me to be home, so I saved a vacation day which was huge!

Very professional, was able to spot and correct the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Hot tub is working fine now and being enjoyed. Thank you very much....a great job.
